SHIPPING & RETURNS
Because the hat bands are personalized to your wishes, they cannot be returned.
If we are out of stock on an item you want. No problem! You can place a pre-order for this item. It may take several weeks before all material is available again.
Because everything is going to be handmade, it may take a while before you receive your order. We will keep in contact with you to make sure you are kept up to date on your orders status.
Shipping costs are 7.50 euros within the Netherlands. International shipping rates vary. Please contact for details.
Orders should arrive within 2-7 workdays after we have received payment. It may vary depending on the destination.
We are not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company.
We are not responsible for extra taxes for international deliveries.
Return at your own expense. Refund of original purchase price minus shipping and handling.
Pack the items together with the received packing slip in the original packaging and place it in the shipping box.

Keep the proof of shipment until you receive an e-mail confirmation that your package has been received in good order. Your return will be processed within 5 - 10 business days. You will automatically receive a confirmation email. Wild Mountain Hats is not responsible for loss of your package. If it turns out that the hat has been worn or that the hat or band is damaged, the return amount will not be refunded.
We accept Ideal and credit card. Hats can be return within 7 days (non-used hats in new condition).
